i'm a 27 year old female looking for a room to rent, $400 or under, in the riverside area of portland (preferably all utilities included). i work at the riverside hannaford and need a place along a corresponding bus route or within walking distance of my employer. i'm looking to find a place asap, as my current roommates just informed me they're moving out in a month.
