i am in search of a room for rent.
i am currently unemployed. i do receive some state assistance as well as perform odd jobs on the side for additional income.
i currently have some health issues but nothing that is communicable or life threatening, but that does require more treatments for up to the next six months.
i am male, 40 years old, half hispanic/half caucasian, christian, single (never married and don't want to be), no children, no girlfriend/significant other, no pets, no smoking, no drinking, no drugs, no diseases and no criminal record.
i have not had a driving ticket in over five years. i also have a college degree.
i am a native arizonan, born and raised here. i speak, read and write english. i can understand some to most spanish when spoken to. i can read and write spanish but cannot speak it very well.
i have my own vehicle/truck and some personal furniture. i am currently living with family but will not be able to continue staying with them much longer.

i would like to become a live in help for another individual, possibly/preferably an older gentlemen that may need assistance with medications, cooking, cleaning, errands.
this person/individual must be able to perform most activities of daily living on their own but that is open to discuss.
i have previous employment experience being a home health aide during which time i took care of diabetics, quadriplegics, mentally handicapped and bedridden, for both male and female, elderly and young but no infants or children. i know cpr but i am not currently certified.
i am willing to be subjected to a criminal and/or background check.

at some time i would hope to become employed even if just part-time. i am not asking for any cash payment for services, just a roof over my head/room to sleep in and a place to eat a meal.
i prefer to live in a quiet environment with a non-smoker and without any pets that have long hair (i have asthma).
