hi, i've only been here for a few months and thus far have had interesting experiences. i lived in both mesa and now tempe. both neighborhoods i've lived in haven't been the best. i'm looking to rent an unfurnished room from a business minded professional like myself. i am a business owner of an art entertainment company here in phoenix. i coordinate events all around both the east and west valleys. i am not a drug user and would like to be around the like. i grew up in baltimore and enjoyed going to baseball games regularly. i lived down the street from memorial stadium (for those of you that are sports fanatics). i don't really follow sports these days. i normally determine my superbowl picks on the team colors. with a strong interest in art and design, i see things a bit differently then most. i am very independent and resourceful. well, i at least attempt to make my own household repairs. i have a decent selection of power tools. if you see a potential fit, i'd be glad to tell you more about myself.
