hi there, this is sumiti am a student, studying at saint joseph's university for my masters program and also work there (part time)
i currently live near 48th street- chestnut street, i pay 200/month including wifi and utility (the house is really old)
i'm living with a family who are residing here since 1990 but they are moving to different place. so i've to find new place.
you won't have any issues with me that i can promise. (even the owner has offered me that she can vouch for me that i'm a good .) i mind my own business and don't bother others at all. i work part time at my university.
i am a study focused & quite guy. spend most of my time studying. i don’t drink/ smoke but ok with others doing it.
so please provide me some time out of your busy schedule to show the place. i'm free from thursday to sunday.
