hello, my boyfriend of 3 years and i are looking to rent a private room preferably with a private bathroom and/or an in law studio around june/july. we are looking to rent in oviedo or winter springs only and our price range is $650-$750. i'm currently living in california while he is in fl. i am working full time and have saved up and will continue to save up $ to fly back out to fl and to cover the deposit and rent. we are both employed. he at publix and i at tj maxx. i plan on transferring to the one in oviedo once i'm out there. i've already called and discussed it with them. we have no pets or children. we are quiet,responsible,respectful,clean, and rarely have any guests over. we are not party people and we respect peace and privacy. all we want is to move in together,but it seems not a lot of rooms listed accept couples,so if anyone could find it in their heart to help us out please let me know. even if it's just someone you know who's renting or soon will be. any information is greatly appreciated. thank you for reading. :)
