i'm a 20 year old female looking to move from minnesota to florida permanently. i have a full time job here in mn atm and will be down to visit orlando fl in february to scope out some rooms and jobs for when i plan to move(definitely before april 1st, preferably in the middle of march) i do not smoke, don't drink, don't party, i do not have any kids and only have a pet fish atm but will be looking to get a small animal that is not a dog(probably mice or a medium sized pet like a fox depending on the arrangements and what the people i end up living with are cool with). i am fine with any and all pets and although i am mildly allergic to cats, i can live with them as long as my room is kept cat free.
i don't mind kids and am actually good with children as i grew up in a family of nine. i'm a dancer, singer, and artist and a hobbyist fortune teller. i am spontaneous, flamboyant, extroverted to the max, love to go out but dont mind staying in too. i get along well with pretty much everyone and could care less about sexual orientation, race, gender identity, or whatever. if you're cool with me, i'm cool with you. if you have any problems with me at all just lemme know and i'm super flexible when it comes to working and living with others.
my budget allows for at most around $450 which would have to include all utilities including wifi(internet is a must as i have no phone service atm) but $450 is pushing it to the max. my comfortable range is $300-385 per month including utilities.
