hey,looking to rent a room with a dude, or a couple dudes around my age.
i'm 28, work full time, professional but know how to kick it. looking for something around the $600 range or less.
i own a personal servant who will regularly take care of all the cleaning, laundry and chores, yours included.
so if you're lazy like i am haha should be an incentive. i'm a chill guy, like roommates who are the same, definitely prefer the bachelor pad style.
