hey, i'm a single lady, 26, very clean, quiet, and respectful. i'm looking to rent a room or find someone (or a couple of people) who want(s) to share a place. my potential roomate must be clean, quiet, and respectful and treat the place as shared space. i am looking for a place in the paseo/mesta park/gatewood area.i personally think that carpet is foul, so i'd prefer to find a place with hardwood floors and those neighborhoods are the best bet.
i have my ba, work full time, and i am not a couch potato. i cook, would love to have a garden, keep active, and go out.
if you have a pet then they must be clean and trained. my current roommate never grooms his dog and her fur is everywhere. looking for something else.
