my name is ernie and i consider myself a very friendly and easy-going guy. i don't smoke or drink, and i'm a very clean and ethical person. i pay my bills and rent on time, and i have personal references for you to verify my character as well. i am looking to save money and go back to college while working at home, so this is my best course of action for me. i also receive a seconday income as well. i am very simple and laid back, keep to myself, and all i need is a hookup for high speed internet, phone and television. i really don't want an apartment or townhome situation. i am looking to pay rent for the finished basement of a house preferrably, but am open possibly to other types of living arrangements. my one absolute requirement is only the owner and me in the living situation. i do not want to be in a situation where there are other residents in the location. i like peace and quiet when i come home from a busy day or work. i am looking to pay no more than 400 dollars per month. utilities are negotiable.
