looking to rent a room with private bathroom in a house or apt starting mid of february for a period of 3 months or more, preferably close to the beach ( north miami beach / bal harbour / bay harbor/ surfside / sunny isles / golden beach / hallandale beach / hollywood beach)
must be able to share kitchen and common areas, access to washer and dryer.
i am willing to pay $500 / $600 a month with utilities included in the rent.
i am a professional woman that works monday through friday for a boutique design company and also as a freelance personal chef with private clientele.
i am honest ,responsible, respectful, trustworthy, clean and very organized , hoping to find the same qualities in the person that i will share the place with.
i am courteous , with a great sense of humor, a great companion, private , laid back and willing to find the right place and the right person.
i do not smoke and have a very healthy life style.
i like to cook , read and take long walks on the beach to keep in shape.
