hello,
my name is edith and i am planning on moving up to nyc. since i have never rented any apartment of my own yet; i figured my best bet would be to search for a roommate. i am not looking for anything permanent, more like a place that i will share with someone for a flexible length of time till i can find a place of my own and till i get to know the city and surroundings. don't worry, i am not a couch potato or anything like that, i would be willing to pay half rent and my share on utilities and such. pre-advance to coming to nyc i will have places written down and researched, so i can try and set up a job interview before getting up there. i will be working, so you would not have to worry about me not paying my share for the apartment and so forth. in a roommate, i'm looking for someone who is: genuine, trustworthy, kind, non-smoker, female, clean/organized, non-partier, young(as am i) preferably no older than 25, responsible, and in general a happy optimistic person.

now a little information about myself.....as mentioned before my name is edith. a few details: 18 years of age, female, very motivated/driven person, clean/neat/organized, from pennsylvania, plan on attending college in the spring semester, non-smoker or non-drinker, graduated a year early from high school, high honors student, polite, trustworthy, christian(not hardcore), responsible, and i'm always happy and upbeat. i can get along with just about anyone and do not have problems with anyone. i would also be willing to compromise with someone if there was to be an issue with something in my lifestyle or vise versa.
