good day fellow new yorkers!

i travel for my job (60 plus % of the time) and am seeking a part-time housing situation in manhattan. i am home approximately 2 nights/3 days per week, (quite often even less) and am only looking for a place to sleep and leave some clothes as i am literally in and out of the nyc area constantly. i don't need my own room, or even a permanent set-up (a hide away bed, etc. is just fine-obviously, as a new yorker, i've slept on worse, but we won't go there).

i am gay (not as in extremely joyful), mature (i prefer "responsible" to downright old...but still love to get out and act a fool), flexible (but we'll leave my sex life outta this!), and most importantly, respectful of your needs (and here you thought i was gonna say invisible...no, sorry).

i love animals, dogs, cats, birds (things that eat dogs, cats and birds), and would very much like to live in a homey (is that a word?) environ with critters (pets specifically, although roommates sometimes fit into this category). i am a writer who is actively working to get a play on-stage and am very much into the arts.

i maintain a mail service, so no mail would be coming to the apartment, and am compact (5'2"); i could almost sleep in a closet (it's like coming out all over again). although i'd prefer rooming with a gay male, 420-accepting (albeit i wouldn't smoke indoors if this is an issue), below 110th street, i'm open to just about any situation. don't have a lot of money, so the rent would have to be very reasonable (but don't need a lot of space), and would work with you dependant upon how often i am in nyc (this is always a variable).
