i'm seeking a room/share for $500-$700 beginning february 1st - something rather long term, at least 6-12 months. looking for a "low drama" living environment. my credit is excellent and i have plenty of savings to cover rent. i'm an amiable middle aged guy (educated in classical music - worked in it on wall street). in 2013, i will be in the throes of a job search/career change and working on an entrepreneurial media product.

i basically need a place to sleep and eat. if possible, i would like to sharpen my cooking skills - it's time to eat healthy. i don't smoke - i have no pets. i read various genres, listen to all types of music, and follow journalism and politics. wi-fi would be a plus. fyi - i also have housewares, furniture, etc in storage.
