34 year old professional swm looking for a room to rent with private bathroom or an affordable apartment. i have a great job & you will have no worries about me paying my rent on time. i need to move by the end of march. i am a neat freak of sorts, so you will have no worries about me keeping things clean. i have two kids, 2 & 5, who will be visiting me every other weekend, half of holidays & probably one week in the summer. i am a quiet person. i usually go to sleep by 9-10 pm on weeknights. i have my own bed, tv, etc. i would be bringing, so no need for the room to be furnished. i am open to different areas of nashville (except for high crime areas, of course, since i have kids i want to be safe). the closer to laverge, the better as that is where i work (just put this info below b/c cl makes you put in a street, cross street, city & state). i like the priest lake area as well, so i guess that would also be a preferred location. $500 or so max rent per month, please. would love a place with a yard or deck so i can keep at least some of my veggie garden. please send me a message if you have a place that you think i would be interested in. thanks! - steve
