my name is eric, i am a 26 year old gay male looking for a private room to rent with wi-fi for no more than $400/mo all utilities included. i'm currently commuting 40 mins to/from my job at asurion at 26 century blvd. in nashville, tn. whatever room i rent needs to be as close as possible to my job, no more than a 15 - 20 minute commute if possible, the less, the better!i have no preferences to the sex or orientation of my roommate(s) as long as everyone mutually respects each other for who they are, i'm good! typically, when i am home, i am either sleeping or streaming movies/tv shows from my laptop. on my weekends (sun & mon currently) i usually go to cookeville to visit friends and family. when this happens i will leave for work saturday morning and not return until after work on tuesday. in a perfect world i would like to be living with an(other) gay person/people that are near my age as i don't have too many friends out here yet.
it's extremely rare for me to bring anyone to my house, and if that's not allowed, i will abide by it, however, i would like to be able to have someone stay the night every once in a while. i do not host parties, but, if you do, i am ok with it as long as it's not excessive. i don't want to live in a house where i have to worry about all of my stuff being stolen while i'm not home!
i do smoke cigarettes and i am ok with going outside to smoke them. i drink socially, typically on my days off i will go to a karaoke bar with friends. i personally do not 420 , however, it doesn't bother me if you do. i do not do any other drugs or engage in any types of risky behavior.
i do not cause drama so i would ask the same of you. if there's ever a problem i would want whomever i live with to feel like they are able to say something to me, because, i can't fix it if i don't know there's a problem. i feel as if i've said more than enough lol! if you need to know more please feel free to ask!
