looking for a room for rent no more than 300/month. i love pets, but do not have any of my own. i love kids, but do not have any of my own and will not live with any. can have kids in the house during the day. i do not require the room to be furnished. i hope to live within biking distance of the caldwell blvd. i work hours between 26-40 and earn 7.25 an hour. my roommate can be male or female. i am 18 and will accept roommates between 18 and 30. i am kindof a clean freak and love to work, but prefer shared responsibility. i do not mind helping out with anything whenever needed, as long as i can.
