i'm an older woman (58) but by no means old. i am quiet. i like to watch tv when i'm home. i like classic rock music (60's & 70's and, actually, quite a bit of the 80's). however i am respectful and will not play my music (or will play it very soft so as not to disturb you). i work ft and will be studying to be a pharmacy technician. i am hoping to be licensed by spring of 2016. i'm usually home on weekends (especially during the winter. i really hate cold) but my job does require i work some overtime on saturdays during the peak season (which is from mid nov till end of jan). i love pets. especially dogs. although i no longer have a pet (she had to be put to rest last spring. i still miss her). so if you have a well behaved dog i would love to take care of him, or her, if you need help with that. i don't smoke and i don't care to live in a home where smoking is allowed inside of the home (smoking outside, not by where my window would be, is fine). i do drink sometimes but not often and, even when i do, it's usually 2 beers. sometimes i don't even finish the 2nd as i usually have them with my dinner (if i choose to drink) and then i'm too full to finish the second. i don't mind if my roommate drinks as long as it isn't overly indulging on a frequent basis and becoming loud and somewhat out of control. prefer a moderate to very moderate drinker as opposed to someone who loves to indulge frequently and as much as possible.
