i am a single 48 year old male. you can google me, you can facebook me and you can see me on linkedin. i am an open book for questions. i am looking for a room in miami. i am somewhat flexible in areas that i will live in. my requirements are: safe, clean, quiet. i go to sleep around 10:00 pm and i awake varies between 5:30 am and 7:00 am. i am a professional. i own 2 houses in houston. i am looking to buy my 3rd house in dade county, possibly broward but i prefer dade. i want to live as a roommate for at least 6 months before i buy. i work a lot. i am a professional. i would be a great roommate. i prefer having a female roommate. a bonus would be a flight attendant. we could barter if you were a flight attendant. but not necessary at all if you are not a flight attendant that is more than ok.
