hi, i am looking for a place to move into on september 1st.

i work as a grant administrator at boston medical center. basically i help medical researchers get their funding. i have an 18 year old cat named han. he doesn't do much but sleep, but wherever i go he'll need to be allowed.

i'm willing to go up to $1150 including utilities. a place below $800 will probably not meet my needs. i have furniture to bring with me. and i bake.
