hi, my name is lindsay. i am a 28 y/o female. i work in mckinney. i am responsible, reliable, and pretty laid back. pretty easy to get a long with and also open minded. i prefer to live with another female but that is negotiable. i smoke (outside only) occasionally. i drink socially or on occasion (not a crazy party animal) i am just looking for a safe, easy going, reliable room to rent. i prefer you be in mckinney, allen, frisco, or, n. plano being that i work in mckinney. i have my own car as well.

i am looking to move asap but can wait until april 1st if needed. i prefer an all bills paid situation but that can be discussed as well.
