i am a 37 year old freelance writer. i am looking for housing, preferably a roommate or house share type situation, but as i only have until april 1, i am open to other options.i am a clean, quiet person. respect of others' space and boundaries is very important to me, as i am sure it is to you. right now, i am looking at the $500 - 600 range for rent.
i do have a son and daughter, but neither will be with me full time. i have my 3 year old daughter every other weekend and have will have my son at least every other weekend, maybe more. i also have a 7 year old spanador (cocker spaniel/lab mix) named sam dogg who is very well behaved and completely housebroken. he only barks when there is someone at the door. truthfully, sam is the best dog i have ever had, and melts the heart of anybody who meets him. i can come up with a pet deposit, if needed.
a little more personal information about me. as i have said, i am a freelance writer with one self published book under my belt. i have recently gotten back into the gym as both a hobby and a way to improve my health. my hobbies include playing with my children, watching television and relaxing, reading, hiking and geek and pop culture in general. i am basically a homebody, but do enjoy going out at times for a night with friends, to the movies or something along those lines. i rarely drink and if i do it is only a beer or two. i am 420 friendly.
so that is basically me in a nut shell. my lease is up april 1, but i can move in sooner if needed. i may just need a little flexibility, if this is the case. if you have any questions, feel free to contact me and ask.
