i am a 19 year old full time student and have a full time job. i am starting a business soon so i will rarely be home other than to study, sleep and practice. i am a musician so i do practice but i am respectful of quiet hours. i leave early and tend to come home late. i would like to live in lynnwood, north seattle, shoreline, edmonds, millcreek or everett. i make enough money to pay expensive rent but i am looking for $450 or less with on site laundry, close to the bus line and has free parking. i do not have pets nor do i use drugs. however i love animals and wouldn't mind living with them. i smoke tabacco-hookah but no cigarettes. i am very busy but still a very laid back person. hoping to find respectful chill people to live with. i am looking for a 12-month lease, 6 at shortest. i have perfect rental history and good credit. looking for a non-furnished apartment because i have furniture and appliances of my own. a little bit about myself; in my free time i play music, go to concerts, toss around the disc, go on hikes and smoke hookah. i am a very awkward but loyal and trusting soul. i grew up in a very liberal home with very large dreams. that being said, i am a very respectful to everyone and everything, i pick up after myself and am looking for someone that does the same. i am on the fast track to being successful and hoping to find people going the same way. to most i am very young being only 19 but i have alot of experience and am very responsible. i have been on my own for 2 years, have no criminal record and completely support myself. please contact me if i am what you are looking for as a renter/roomie. thank you and have a good day !
