hey! my name is prajakta, i m going to attend pace university for master's in this fall. i am both,studious and fun loving girl(especially love to have fun like watching netfix or being a foodie or gym freak) :-d <3 #netfix.i am beyond excited to start exploring the big apple. i am most definitely an outgoing person, very independent and extremely organized. i crave adventure and love going out, but schoolwork is very important to me as well. i love food, so yes i am down for lunch/dinner dates! i also love fashion, dressing up is definitely my thing. i love to laugh and you will always catch me with a smile. i don't drink nor i smoke nor i have drugs. i love peace full environment during study time,so it's must sometimes, especially during exams!!i love to cook and love shopping! fond of dogs and cats! most important i love to keep place clean and tidy ! i expect my roommate to not be involved in smoking/drinking/drugs at apartment; must keep place tidy and clean too. hope my wishlist is not too long :-d so, if you think i might be your person i'm down to be your best friend as we take on our roommate experience!
also my budget is between $500 to $950 including ask the utilities and no hidden charges! and i'm looking place near which is at walkable distance or takes less than 20mins to pace university so as to avoid transportation charges and also to avoid wastewater of time in commute and focus more on studies!!
