i am a single, responsible, mature woman, looking for a room or finished basement to rent in loveland/fort collins/berthoud area.

i am currently staying in loveland, on a temporary basis, but need to find a permanent place by the end of the month.

i am on a fixed income and can afford $350 per month including utilities (heat, electric).

i'm looking for enough room to have a bed, tv and a desk at a minimum.

i have a small, well-behaved, house-broken, trained older dog. he is my companion and is not a barker.

i can provide my own furniture.

i am extremely responsible, very tolerant, neat, non-smoker, friendly and very respectful of other people's privacy.

i like people of all ages, so if you are younger or older, that is fine. i can offer references.
