hello! i'm female in her late 20's, looking for a room to rent, preferably in the chinatown/echo park/hightland park area. as long as its in close proximity to the goldline, then it's worth my time.
i'm relatively new in l.a, i'm pretty laid back, like being active, like to hang out every now and then and definitely good company. i work monday's through friday, therefore weekends are my "chill" days.
anyway, i'm pretty responsible and trustworthy, i pay my bills on time, i don't snoop, i clean up after myself and i absolutely do not have any of the wall indosyncracies.
i'm looking for someone in the same age bracket as i am (it's just easier communication wise), who is also dependable and has a job or is in school, has common decency and is drama free.
