hi,a little bit about me:
i'm 41 and married (wife, son, and daughter are in pennsylvania until we find a house in the manchester/londonderry/nashua area), and i will be working for the us army in londonderry. i am looking for a rental/share/sublet starting in mid-june, and it has to be either weekly,month-to-month, or a maximum of a six-month lease, as i only need a share/sublet/rental until we sell our house in pittsburgh, and find a house in the londonderry/manchester area. my price range for a rental (1br) is $500-700, and for a 2br is $500-900.
i get up 6am - 8am. i go to bed 10pm - 12pm. i'm very quiet and relaxed, and i don't party, or anything like that. my work schedule is best described as "professional (8-4)". my professional occupation is military; i'm full-time employed in the army. i do not have any pets.
i am currently at hanscom air force bass near boston, but i am travelling up to manchester as needed to look at apartments.
my listing does say 'requires furnished room', but i would just prefer one. i am also willing to accept an unfurnished room.
