i am a 43 years old and have a 12 year old daughter. i am looking to find a room/rooms to rent for us. we don't mind sharing a room and while it would be nice to have our own bathroom we don't mind sharing so long as there is a lock on the door. i am looking for drug free roomates, with a shared chores and cooking set-up preferred. i work from home so i would be there most of the time but i keep to myself and don't bring unnecessary drama. (other than the 12 year old girl kind of drama.) if you think your home may have a place for us please contact me. we are having to move after being in the same place for 8 years and the quicker i can get moved and settled the better it will be for my daughter. also, we have a neutered male cat named juggernaught who is considered to be my service animal as i have occasional panic attacks. he is little box trained, has short hair, and his biggest issue is trying to love the stress out of anyone he meets.
