i can not afford more than $350. total for a private room.

movies, tv, music, cars, cooking and my puppy, boo. i am gay i am a very clean person that respects others. i am very honest and real. i am always telling corny jokes (i've made 3 people in my lifetime, pee their pants), :) i am a very giving person. i can fix almost anything. i pretty much just chill in my room watching tv. i like fixing things and solving problems and making things better. i have my own car and i rarely rely on others.
my puppy:
even if you "do not like pets" you will love boo. he is so much fun and funny, too! and what is really cool, his poo comes out like dried up tootsie rolls (it just had to mentioned and i do pick them up) :) he absolutely loves everyone and everything and gets along excellent with other pets. he loves to fetch a ball and catch it and tug-o-war on a rope.
i can do pretty much anything. i have a commercial, multi-engine, instrument rated (non-current) pilots license. i was train conductor for amtrak. landscaped multi-million dollar mansions. snap on tool dealer. manager. mechanic. bar tender. pf chang's waiter. managed a gay bath house. network tech, navy civilian, bf goodrich certified tire technician. and really really good at ringing my own bell. :)
area is not important to me, i have friends everywhere and a car.
