i'm completing my second masters degree at unlv. i starting working at hard rock hotel mid march 2018 -- not long ago. they under delivered hours promised, so i lost my apt at a reasonable $780/mo. (a stinging eviction. learned the hard way las vegas has few resources for sober people.)

now i'm shopping for my next room for rent as i continue work/school life, now using the college's gym and library more often - i used them often before but never to sleep.

(the u closes at midnight weekdays and 10pm on weekends and its police are no-nonsense about homeless dwellers.) i have asked friends for a bunk. my professors know. no luck.

when i have my next paycheck in hand, i want to be ready with housing prospects. no kids (reside out of state with their mother), no pets.

just 1 clean guy. i'm also a licensed teacher (colorado), getting help from unlv to secure a teaching license in nv. once in hand, likely enough for my own house. meanwhile i gotta live somewhere.
