i am a single, neatly organized, christian (non-smoking) male in my mid 40s seeking to live with another male, preferably older, as i grew up on a farm in a large family with older siblings. i am also happy to live with an older couple. [i cannot tolerate being around smoke of any kind.]

i am seeking a basement apartment or upstairs apartment / living quarters (preferrably with an unshared bathroom) for a semi-independent and month-to-month living arrangement. sharing a living-room, dinning room, kitchen and laundry room would be great! i can also offer handyman services in exchange for reduced rent if your price is above my set budget.

of course, having grown up on a small farm/ranch in new mexico, i am a natural handyman in carpentry, construction, mechanics, maintenance. i am also an it specialist and can offer such services in exchange for reduced rent.
