hey! my name is calvin and i'm desperately looking for a room to rent. my current lease is up june 30th and the place i had lined up previously ended up being a scam and disappeared with my deposit... i'm a very easy going laid back guy who gets along with everyone. i'm currently a server in a restaurant but finishing up classes for occupational therapy, which i hope to be working in within the next couple of months. anything involving video games or sports? i'm highly into. i love to cook and i respect everyone's personal space and property. a roommate who doesn't always stay in their room and is somewhat social would be great; i like to be able to converse and have a good time with who i'm living with. i'm not one to throw parties and have large amounts of people over, but occasionally would have a friend or two over for company as long as it doesn't disrespect your schedule (time you wake up for work, go to sleep, etc.) im currently in the process quitting smoking yet again, and i socially drink but again, not the partying type. that's me in a nutshell for the most part! hope you contact me and help me out with my living situation and i look forward to meeting you!
