hello! the family is growing in the home where i'm renting a room, so i'm relocating. currently in orange park, but willing to move anywhere within 45 minute drive to nas jacksonville. would like to move in early january.

about me:
- retired navy chief, without the mouth of a sailor :)
- now working civil service at nas (it job)
- white male, early 50's, active & athletic
- i like animals and they usually like me (though i won't bring any)
- social drinker & non-smoker (of anything)
- background investigation ready
- references available
- courteous & considerate
- like to socialize, but not a hard party guy

my new home wish-list:
- room large enough for my king-size bedroom furniture
- no smoking or outdoor smoking
- use of common spaces
- use of one space in a garage
- some storage space
- swimming pool
- hot tub (or allowed to bring mine)

expected rent depends on how many wishes come true :)

i'd prefer to start month-to-month to ensure we are a fit before entering a longer term. willing to help with house/yard/pool cleaning, maintenance, projects, etc...
