Hi I'm Ty! I'm a very clean and quiet roommate looking for a place to stay. Full time barista at starbucks while also working on the side. Always more than happy to have open communication regarding any rules and/or preferences. I am friendly and optimistic, but can keep to myself if that's prefered. I like to help clean common spaces (such as living room, kitchen, ect) since we all use them! Not a tobacco smoker, no pets, in a relationship (will spend some nights at her apartment since it's pretty nice), and free coffee! Born and raised in California but recently moved back here from Florida because of evacuations due to hurricane Dorian.

I have very few possessions (no car) and just looking for a place to sleep, eat, and relax. Can live in a room with someone else no problem! Somewhere cheap and close enough to work would be best. Can't afford much (ever since evacuating Fl.) but willing to offer labor instead. Hope to hear back from you and have a great day!
