can afford no more than $600. i don't drink or use drugs and i don't care if you do as long as you keep it private. very tolerant of music as long as its good. i'm open-minded and a handy person with tools. i am on disability and would prefer ground floor but can handle some stairs. i have some furnishings but also have a place to store what i don't need for now. i would prefer something that could become long term because i don't like moving. i have a newer car in good shape and does not leak oil.
