hello,my wife jamie and i are business owners and operators of a small cleaning company in katy. we have been subletting an apartment from a former friend but the lease is now up and we need a room for rent!
we are quiet, keep to ourselves, and are not looking for anything other than just a roommate(s). we work about 30-40 hours a week, will provide all of our food and kitchenware as well as keep your house clean throughout our stay. we are really only looking for something short term (4-6 weeks) and are looking to pay 125 per week. we have 1 small dog who is house broken and very sweet. both my wife and i are non smokers and dont do drugs or drink alcohol. we would like 1 room (furnished or not) preferably with a private bathroom and nonsmoking roommate. we dont want to get into a situation where we feel as though we are being creeped on or obligated to have anything more than a roommate/rental relationship with you. i know i am repeating myself, its just that we get creeped on a lot and only have eyes for one another. its true. love is real. we can all be friends and hang out sometimes too but we really do just keep to ourselves. you respect us as a couple and we will respect you.
