i'm a 30 year old professional female looking for a room to rent. i have been living in hoboken for the past 5 years, and would ideally like to stay here, although i am open to certain areas of jersey city. i work as a paralegal at a small law firm in long island city. i also am attending graduate school at njcu (going for my master's in education). i am currently taking week night classes. i have had roommates since i was 18, so i am very adept at living with others and sharing space. i am very clean and considerate. i am fairly laidback during the week. i usually do not get home until around 8 p.m., and then i eat dinner, watch t.v., and relax. i am generally in bed by 11 or 1130 on the weekdays. on the weekends i spend time with friends and family.
