single, straight, mature woman seeking a room to rent in house or townhouse with nice, normal family or other single with no-drama. i am easy to get along with, neat, tidy, respectful of your property and privacy and have sense of humor. i enjoy a great conversation but enjoy my private time. me: non-smoker, no drug use, no loud partying, no overnight guests. i have two sweet female cats who are indoor only, totally declawed (so no damage), well-behaved and quiet. my cats sleep most of the day curled up on my bed or another cozy spot... you will hardly know they are there. if you are like animals you will adore them, but they keep to my room most of the time. would like to keep rent down to around $700.00 with utilities included. i need room, private bath, large closet and some storage space, kitchen privileges and laundry use (i do only a few loads a week). i am infant nurse, past pre-school teacher and tutor willing to help with your children in return for lower rent if needed but definitely not necessary. room can be either furnished or unfurnished.
