i am software professional coming to henderson for 6 months. points to look at before contacting me.

-i don't care if it's a male or female. i prefer roommate who has full time job or any other responsible job which is not only part time.
-i am clean and i put my surroundings clean and neat. and i am expecting the same from the room mate. i do not like the apartment if it is messy.
-i do not smoke but i don't care if you smoke outside. not in the apartment for sure at any cost.
-i don't care if you do have fun/party over weekends but you should clean house everything after party or atleast next day after you woke up. not on weekdays for sure.
-clean used utensils everyday. i am not asking clean after every use. because it's hard sometimes when you work. but please not to stuff those on sink.
-i like the person who maintain good rapport, move socialize and mostly not mean :)
-no pets.
- i don't do hard drugs and i won't stay whose doing drugs.
- need private bathroom ( if you are really friendly not a person with attitude i don't care to share bathroom)
- well furnished (again if i really like to be with you i don't care if it's a furnished or not furnished)
- loud music acceptable but not evertime. it should be mutual. i even like loud music but i won't play loud when you don't want to. i expect the same from you.
- i prefer month to month contract.
- i am ready to give any information about myself or job or even my credit score. and i am expecting the same when i need some about you.
- also it would be good if there is a public transport nearby.
note: after looking those points above do not think i am mean, strict/picky. because i am not. i just wanted to make sure we won't get any disturbance while we staying together at same apartment. i am more than friendly, socialize and i bet you will like me at our first meet.
