i am 45 years old and very responsible. i have a car and a fulltime job. i do smoke, but only outside and would never smoke inside any home. i am separating from my girlfriend of 24 years. i don't play games and at this point in my life dont need any drama. i am going through a bit of a rough patch personally so i will probably be confined to the room. i prefer a female roommate only because women are more cleanly. age makes no difference to me. i drink socially and am 420 friendly as that is none of my business what you do. if you are looking for someone that is honest, pays rent on time and is drama free please message. i assure you that i am very respectful and you will most likely not even know i am there. you will not find a better roommate. also looking to move in on 8/15. thank you for your time. rob wash
