i am inquiring about the room you have available for rent. i'm a 45 year old professional male that works full-time as a salaried manager at a hotel. on average i work 50 - 60 hours a week so i'm looking for a quiet place to sleep, study and relax when i'm not working. i don't drink, don't smoke and don't do drugs. as a result of some very poor choices i made in 1993 (when i was 21) i am required to register as a sex offender. depending on the landlord this can sometimes limit my housing options so i want to make sure it would not be a barrier to renting from you before proceeding further.

in addition to having stable income, as a result of a medical disability, colorado health network will be paying my security deposit, and first two months rent up front for me. there is a simple one page form for the landlord to fill out and they send the check directly to you, on my behalf.
