i am a professional older female who is currently developing a new non- profit organization i have been awarded a grant for.
i am looking for a room until i can purchase a home in the area of haverhill nh i will accept nearby towns or cities even in vt.
i would estimate about 6-18 months possibly longer depending on the search and closing.
i am quiet clean and will barter with chores.
i cook for myself and i am independent non dramatic lol cheerful :) most of the time and easy to get along with.
i commute frequently for family visits so you will have privacy at times.
i did indicate that i smoke but will do so outside. i am honest and direct.
i do keep to myself mostly because of my work.
i can move sooner than indicated.
i will even house sit a home during construction!
i have many years of experience in real estate investing and maintenance. i do have a sense of humor, self respect and morals!
i would love space for a bit of storage but not necessary!!
