i will accept a living situation with male or female roommates (this site will not let me select "either")i am a mid 20's man looking for a room for rent in green bay, howard, suamico. i am looking for to pay between 300-400 monthly in rent, depending on whether or not utilities are covered.
i do not own any pets nor do i smoke. i am a quiet person who minds my own business. i will either be working an internship or searching for a job shortly after moving, but i do not have established plans yet.
i require my own bedroom, and would prefer to have one other roommate within my age range (20s or early-mid 30s.) i would ideally like a 2 bedroom apartment or duplex in the nicer areas in/around green bay, suamico, howard, hobart, or de pere. i am open to considering other offers in these areas. i am fine with either a male or female roommate, as long as they are respectful. i do not discriminate based on gender, religion, political views, etc. i am a very tolerant and laid back person, but we must get along at least well enough to live together. i do require that whoever i live with handle their fair share of the housework/duties, as i will handle mine.
