hello! i am a christian female who is twenty-one years old. i’m a working student in my junior year at asu, and i take classes online and at the tempe campus. i don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. (i'd prefer not to live with such substances in the home, either.) i would say that i'm a pretty friendly and relaxed person who loves to talk about a lot of different subjects--anything from video games to politics and philosophy. i'm also an ambivert: i enjoy socializing and having fun, but sometimes i need time to myself to relax and recharge. while i enjoy video games and movies and music, i also really enjoy working out and being active outside. i also participate in trying to live the organic/natural/diy lifestyle, and i like the healthier options in life.i'm looking for a roommate (or, even better, roommates) who i feel i can trust. that's a huge deal for me. the ability to communicate and be respectful of other people is also a must. i'd prefer roommates who also enjoy being active, as well as friendly people who don't mind chatting or spending time together. while i'm not trying to find a new "bestie," i would love to live with people i can call friends.
while my listed rent is at $400 (hopefully including utilities), i can probably handle places in the $450~$500 range. i want to be a reliable roommate who can afford to pay the rent for where i live. rent less than my listed price would be amazing.
some important notes about myself:
-i'm allergic to cats.
-i have asthma, and i'm very sensitive to smoke and other similar/strong things--cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, incense, heavy perfume... i just can't live with it.
-i consider a room a personal, private space. as such, i always ask permission before entering someone's room, or using things that belong to them. i would really appreciate someone who extends the same courtesy!
