i'm liz and i'm a 24 year old female looking for a room to rent with another female or a family. in the everett (south everett preferably) or lynnwood area. not looking for any form of romantic interaction.

a little bit about me:
i work in the mornings to mid afternoons at a job i've had for the past year and a half, so i wake up early and also go to bed fairly early. i'm a down to earth person with a positive attitude. people say i'm easy to talk to, but i tend to be introverted and spend much of my time by myself. this being said i am not a partier, and besides the occasional friend, i wont have people over. i smoke cannabis. i'm strictly a social drinker/cigarette smoker (not at home) and don't partake in anything else. i enjoy a clean home and know how to hold my weight with chores. i'm not allergic to any animals and love all animals, though i prefer cats.

i can afford $300 cash for rent and additional utilities. i am open to conversations about exchanging of services such as babysitting, dog walking, cat care, larger scale house cleaning and cooking, or many other things you might need help with.
