mid 30s male with steady income, excellent credit, looking for a room to rent. i am flexible on furnished/unfurnished rooms and happy to negiotiate the monthly rate based on amentities.

i travel in the mid-atlantic area for work, so often will be gone for a few days in a row, but i would potentially work out of my room the days i am not traveling. i estimate that in a two week period i would be gone at least half the time.

i am easy going and like a variety of things. i prefer not to live with smokers and am very outgoing. i am willing to live in a variety of situations: with couples, females, multiple roomates, and children in the house.
