i have rooms for rent! i am looking for roommates!i have two rooms for rent, both available june 1st, 2016. both rooms have ceiling fans, are carpeted, and are easily accessible from the front and garage doors. rent is $500 a month and includes access tot he community swimming pool. utilities are included in the rent, though you would have to pay a portion of the cable bill if you want a box in your room. there is an additional charge of $14 a month for the gardener (home is in an hoa). the rooms share a bathroom. there is a washer and dryer in the home. the living room and kitchen are shared spaces. you will have your own cabinet and fridge space in the kitchen.
*** the master bedroom will be available (approximately) july 1, 2016. private bath with separate tub/shower, water closet, walk-in closet. price is $650 a month and includes a garage parking space.
i have dogs. i'm willing to accept another dog in the home but it must be well-behaved and vaccinated.
one garage parking spot is available for $25 a month.
btw, the house is 420 friendly but you must have your card.
