good day! i’m a late twenties, female seeking housing north of atlanta in mainly duluth or johns creek area, and surroundings. i have a vehicle so being away from public transportation is okay. i am looking for a nice sized room and private bathroom. i have my own furniture. i would also like to have utilities included in rent. i prefer to stay at $500/month or below but will consider a bit higher for the right place. i’m not much into cooking, but i will completely buy the groceries and clean up after myself. i keep any shared spaces tidy and don’t have guests over often. i work in alpharetta, monday through friday 8-5pm. if you think that your place would be a good fit or if you'd like more info. then please send me an email. i am looking to move late november to early december.
