I'm 33, I work 43-45 hrs a week at maintenance company. Solid work history, great references. Introverted but can be social. I do tend stay to myself. Very tidy & clean & never been late on my bills

I'd perfer someone who has their life together, would perfer someone who doesn't party, respects my privacy as I will theirs. I tend to apply common logic or common sense to my living environments and look for similiar. Example, I clean up after myself, I dont leave food or dishes around, I help out with basic household cleaning, stay on top of the trash and try to keep our home clean. I'm not looking for someone whos immaculate, but I do feel common sense is best applied when living together so being considerate towards 1 another and if theres something that needs to be addressed, that we can do so as adults in a rational calm demeanor. I'm very easy to live with, you may not even notice i'm there because I do stay to myself and out of my roomates/landlords way/business. Just be respectful of 1 another. To me these basics are common rules for common sense but actions always speak louder than words & I have great roommate references to boot as well as to my overall nature. We don't have to have anything in common to live amongst eachother peacefully and happily. All I ask is be good to My 7 year old dog Diego. Hes a daschund mix and the sweetest lovebug you will ever meet. Hes house trained, does not have accidents in the house ever and gets along phenomenally with other cats and dogs. Just looking for a place that can be a 1 year lease or something that has the potential long term rental situation as I just would like to settle in somewhere for the next several years potentially and call it home
