early 30's girl looking for a room/roommate. employed but do not have the funds for any up front payments. i need somewhere that is safe, & clean. i also have a dog who will be kenneled while i am away at work and in the room with me when i am home. i am very trustworthy and good with paying on time and if you require references i do have prior. somewhere near public trans or businesses would be good. i'm looking for somewhere in the south denver area. (s federal blvd preferably) prefer a month to month type lease that way i am not locked into something in case we just don't mesh well. $300-500/mo max. prefer female roommate(s) but am open to male(s) as well.. just don't be a creeper.
