need to give ll 30 days notice as long as i can do that, flexible with move in.

will consider guest house/cottage, single family home, condo, town home, duplex/fourplex, apartment, even manufactured/mobile home. does not need to be large or fancy by any means. i don't smoke, drink, do drugs or party.
i am single. it would just be me and 1 indoor kitty. i would keep to myself in my room mostly aside from as necessary to use common shared areas. i don't have people over much at all. i am quiet, mature (51), clean and responsible. i am a customer service rep that works for comcast* so i don't make a lot, but have reliable employment. i do tend to be an early riser for coffee and qt. i basically would be moving in with next to nothing so no clutter or storage issues.
just looking for an affordable, clean, decent, safe place i can feel comfortable and good about making my home.

approx $500 mo/rent (a little negotiable for right situation)
accept 1 cat (she is non negotiable)
dishwasher if at all possible
shower (can just be a shower stall)
laundry facilities on site if at all possible
parking for one small car
low or no deposit (negotiable for right situation)
a clear understanding of how other common household expenses and chores will be split.
